Q: How does a Finnish Caps fan decide the team to root for?
A: He shall root for the winning team.
Thanks for the links to the feed again TJ - you make things very easy for us! Much appreciated! :)
Here is a link regarding the Russian team's boycott of the media. It seems like they are blaming Ovie for the boycott and not considering it as a team thing that was organized by the coaches. The same thing happened in Vancouver with the Russian teams media boycott. And the media wonders why players don't want to talk to them :O

Russia vs Canada in the quarter finals. I guess the Ruskis can finally have their revenge.
Let's hope Russia kicks ass on Thursday!
Argh, another quarter final game that will have me heart wrenched about who wins or loses. But...sorry homeland, I got to cheer for the Motherland.
But anyways, good job Varly for the shutout today! I do like how the Russian team uses different goalies for the games, instead of just sticking/depending on one goalie - sort of shows how well rounded the team is and the goalies are.
In a post-game article today it sounded like the Russians were done with rotating goalies and that Varly would get the starts.
They might of just been trying out every goalie in the less important games to determine which one to put in for the quarterfinals and so on.. Just a guess lol
I tweeted yesterday about it. Assistant coach Zakharkin said if everything ok, they will only play Varly to the rest of the tournament.
I hope Ovi will win or it will be a very brutal summer for him.
I want so badly for Ovie and Russia to win. Maybe then a lot of the weight on his shoulders will be lifted, and he can finally relax and enjoy the off-season at home in Moscow.
