Alex Ovechkin throws his stick in an effort to stop Matt Duchene on a breakaway. As a result Ovi made a history, the first ever all-star game's penalty shot was awarded to Matt.

haha oh Ovie cracks me up. all-Star weekend was great. good times!
@Marge: Ovie and All-Star weekend made my weekend. The only downer was Heidi Androl, who has the worst voice and interviewing style I've ever heard. Her voice became more annoying and grating as the weekend wore on. I hit my TV mute button whenever she opened her mouth. Thank goodness whenever Ovie was onscreen with her she was a lot easier to ignore.
I didn't see too much of her this weekend at all! I guess I dodged a bullet.
Not during the draft (which was awkward), or during the Skills Competition.
This was my first All-star weekend and I loved it. Ovi never dissapoints :-)
Glad that Crosby wasn't there cause you know he would had something snide to say about Ovi's antics. We all know why he did it and we appreciate it.
I think both Heidi and the other chick sucks, they should bring in Alyonka instead.
I love how the announcers were saying that Ovi "threw his stick in frustration", even though it was obvious that he did it for fun. Even the others players knew, everyone was cracking smiles.
TJ, my sound wasn't great but I thought he said "Worst actor... comedy..."
